All repair services include an initial service call fee of $49.99 and an hourly work rate of $150 per hour. After the first hour, additional time is billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $37.50 per 15 minutes.
Time Estimates
Most support sessions take about two to three hours. The session may be much shorter or longer depending on the number of and severity of issues.
